‘I grew up with dogs, as did my husband, but we instinctively knew that we’d need some help when we welcomed a 12 week Cockapoo into our household. More to do with training for us, than our puppy

Our puppy cried with delight and ran in concentric circles upon seeing her, and then sulked when she left.
We quickly understood that we just ran the hotel where Bella (pup) lived and Laura visited.

Two years on and we have a happy, calm and confident dog – apart from big shapes and feathers – who can adapt from the coast to the city with ease. We put this down to the first 18 months with Laura’s force-free training methods and techniques. We had weekly sessions at the beginning, which became more ad hoc as Bella matured. Sometimes a particular issue would arise (recall) or we’d need a reminder.
